Crestmont Fabrics, LTD. was founded in New York City in 1984 by Paul Harris and Judi Culmone Harris.
With the financial help of an industry legend ... Harry Markowitz, the two made their dream a reality.
Entrepreneur ... Paul Harris ... a textile merchant with great knowledge of weaving and mills ... a man with a personality larger than life ... a man with a vision and a dream, saw a need for creatively executed ... moderately priced, quality goods.
Along with his textile designer wife Judi, they worked long hours to develop what would eventually become a well known personable converter of Home Furnishings Fabrics supplying piece goods to the Wholesale Jobber trade.
The company's philosophy was, and still is, that of integrity and Creativity. Crestmont fabrics goal has always been to produce fashionable fabrics at a fair and reasonable price.
Crestmont Fabrics sells to the trade only. We are a worldwide source to the Home Furnishings, furniture and contract/hospitality market.
Family owned and operated since 1984, the Harris's embraced the family 'spirit' by including their two children, Cristina Harris Coffey and Michael J. Harris in their dreams to create a company that would be known for its integrity innovation and great customer service. The children grew up in the business and spent most of their years working part time and summers along side of their Dad. After completing college, they both joined Crestmont fabrics.
In July of 2016, after a long battle with diabetes ... Crestmont fabrics lost our founder.
During his illness, Paul made certain to instill the values he so vehemently believed in. It is in his honor that Crestmont fabrics strives for that dream to grow bigger and stronger.

Michael as President and Cristina as EVP, Crestmont Fabrics remains a substantial supplier to the American Home furnishings and international markets.
Our Main office is located on Long Island in Hauppauge, NY, midway between New York City and the Hamptons.
Our company maintains a booth in High Point, NC during “Showtime” every June and December ... and is available for showings both in Manhattan as well as Long Island.
Along with the many years of creative Designing and vision, the Crestmont family continues to create beautiful multipurpose fabrics suitable for window coverings, contract and furniture markets. We also maintain an extensive line of piece dyed solids and textures in a large array of color offerings .
Our studio is available to create custom fabrics as well, taking advantage of the many worldwide weaving and finishing resources on a daily basis.
Although we use a global network of Yarn Producers, Weavers, Printers, and Finishers to produce our qualities, we continue to do much of our production in the USA which allows us the flexibility and control to offer quick turnaround times for many of our products.
